This year’s Work Management track is shaping up to be very instructive. Wrench time, one of the hot topics in recent years will be thoroughly aired out. Several papers address different aspects of wrench time coming from practitioners involved in studies. These papers not only cover the why of such studies, but the practical aspects of conducting them. Other papers cover implementing weekly scheduling, work flow mapping, and other timely topics for improvement opportunities.
